Anime Eye Tutorial Part 1 of 4

My first tutorial on deviantART. 8D I know it's not so good, it's only because I don't make tutorials. I wanted to do a speedpaint of anime eye tutorial but I don't have any screen recording programs and they cost too much money. T_T

Anyway, there are four parts of this tutorial. There are a lot of tutorials on how to do anime eye so I did the same thing, in my style.
